Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Shoebox Plus Organizer. If it does not work for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

  • Email support@shoeboxplusorganizer.com from the email address you used at checkout.
  • Include the date of purchase. (You do not need to explain why — but if something is broken, we would love to know so we can fix it.)
  • Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

After the refund

Once a refund is issued, your license is deactivated and the extension returns to free-preview mode. You may purchase again at any time.

Exceptions

Refund requests received more than 14 days after purchase are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will always try to do the right thing.
