- A Chrome extension that upgrades the Ancestry.com Shoebox with search, sort, filter, and all-pages loading. It runs entirely in your browser on the Shoebox page.
- Does this work on my Ancestry region?
- Yes. Shoebox Plus supports all 11 international Ancestry sites: .com, .co.uk, .ca, .com.au, .de, .fr, .se, .it, .com.mx, .ie, and .es.

- Yes. The extension only enhances the Shoebox for the signed-in user on Ancestry.com; it cannot access records you do not already have permission to see.
- Which languages does the extension support?
- English, German, French, Swedish, Spanish, and Italian. The extension detects your Ancestry site's language and switches automatically.
- Can I use it on more than one computer?
- Yes. Your license is tied to your account. Sign in inside the extension popup on any Chrome-based browser to unlock it on that computer.
- What if I want a refund?
- Email support within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.
- Will Ancestry ban my account for using this?
- No. Shoebox Plus only reads the Shoebox pages you are already viewing and reformats them. It does not scrape, crawl, or hit Ancestry any faster than a human clicking through the pages would.
- Is Shoebox Plus Organizer in the Chrome Web Store?
- Yes, Shoebox Plus Organizer is available in the Chrome Web Store.
- How do I get support?
- Email support@shoeboxplusorganizer.com. A real human replies, usually within one business day.
- Why does Chrome say "This extension is not trusted by Enhanced Safe Browsing" when I install Shoebox Plus Organizer?
- That warning is expected, not a red flag. Newer developer accounts trigger Chrome's Enhanced Safe Browsing feature. The warning does not indicate that anything is wrong with the extension. About 1 in 4 extensions on the Chrome Web Store show this same message. Clicking "Continue to install" is safe. The warning typically clears on its own over time. Google has awarded us the Established Publisher Badge, indicating that Google has verified our identity and determined that we have "established a consistent positive track record with Google services and compliance with the Developer Program Policy."
